August 2013 Week 2:

So this past week was better…
Things I wasn’t too happy about:
  • Went shopping instead of doing cross training on Sunday.
  • Went swimming at the gym on Tuesday before work, and it was too busy for my taste.
  • Walked Wednesday’s run. (I blame the bf, who had the brilliant idea to eat fried chicken before our run )
Anyway, I survived my long run! It’s no big deal, since I’ve been running 5mi. Next week will be the real challenge!
